Dr. Kuras attended the University of Alberta where she completed her Bachelor of Medical Sciences in 2005, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2007. Throughout her university education, she earned numerous scholarships and awards for both her academic achievement and community involvement. Her passion for continuing education continues to this date, as she travels throughout North America to attend numerous dental courses and conferences.
Upon graduating, Dr. Kuras practiced general dentistry as an associate in Edmonton and Sherwood Park. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has been involved in projects ranging from researching the effects of carbonated beverages on tooth integrity, to teaching dental school admission courses, to volunteering her dental services to needy elementary school children.
